What is included in the All-Event Ticket Package?
The All-Event Ticket Package includes tickets to each of the ticketed sessions, running from Sunday, January 22 - Sunday, January 29. The All-Event Ticket Package also includes admission to practice sessions at Sharks Ice. The All-Event Ticket Package does not include admission to the Smucker's Skating Spectacular; however, you can purchase your same seat for the Smucker's Skating Spectacular as long as you place that order at the same time as your All-Event Ticket Package order.

How can I purchase discounted group tickets?

When will I receive my tickets?
Tickets will be mailed approximately 30 days prior to the event or will be left at will call depending on which option you chose at the time of purchase.

Do I need to buy a ticket for my two year old child?
Yes - children 24 months and older require a ticket.

If I buy a ticket package but can't attend one of the events, can someone else use my ticket for that event?
Yes - tickets for all events within a package are printed as individual tickets per session.

What is included in the Championship Weekend Finals Ticket Package?
The Championship Weekend Finals Package includes tickets to sessions 17-20 running from Saturday, January 28-Sunday, January 29. The Championship Weekend Finals Ticket Package does not include admission to the Smucker’s Skating Spectacular; however, you can purchase your same seat for the Smucker’s Skating Spectacular as long as you place that order at the same time as your Championship Weekend Finals Ticket Package order.

What sessions are general admission seating and how does it work?
Sessions 1-13 are general admission seating for price levels 2-4. Price level 1 seats are reserved seats in the lower level. General admission allows you to sit in any open seat in the lower or upper level that is not being occupied by an All-Event ticket holder or a price level 1 ticket holder.

If I am an All-Event Ticket Holder, how do I obtain my practice passes?
As an All-Event ticket holder, your event tickets also serve as your practice pass. You will not need anything but your event ticket to gain entry in to practice sessions held at HP Pavilion at San Jose.

Is parking included with the all event ticket? If not, how much will parking cost, and what public transportation alternates are available?
Parking is not included in the All-Event Ticket Package, however we will be offering discounted parking to those ticket holders.
When the parking package pricing and details are confirmed, we will contact all package purchasers via email and give them the option to purchase.
A shuttle system will be in place for this event, but the route details for that are still being confirmed. We will post those online once available.

Will practice sessions be open to the public?
Practices at the Sharks Ice San Jose facility are free and open to the public at all times. Practices at HP Pavilion at San Jose are only open to All-Event Ticket holders.
If you are not an All-Event ticket holder, you can purchase practice passes at the HP Pavilion ticket office for $10 starting on Saturday, January 21.

What is the Smucker's Skating Spectacular?
Sometimes referred to as the Exhibition of Champions, the Smucker's Skating Spectacular is a chance for the champions of the week to showcase their talents without the pressure of competition. The champions for all disciplines in the Novice and Junior division will be featured, as well as all medal recipients on the Senior level.

How do I get in to see Practice Sessions?
If you are an All-Event ticket holder, your event ticket serves as your practice pass. You do not need a separate pass for entry into the practice sessions. If you are not an All-Event ticket holder, you can purchase practice passes at the HP Pavilion ticket office for $10 starting on Saturday, January 21.

If I am an All-Event or Weekend Ticket Package holder, can I leave the arena between sessions?
You may leave the arena between sessions. To do so you must see an usher on your way out to have your ticket scanned for exit. You may then re-enter through either the North or South entrance.
